We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Construction Manager. This position works closely with a Project Manager to ensure scope/schedule/budget compliance on retail construction projects. On-site responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors, managing job site activity, adhering to master schedule, job site safety, subcontractor scope compliance, and providing weekly reports on job progress. The position requires at least 7 years of industry experience and an associates degree in construction management or related field.
