This Wisconsin-based bedroom furniture retailer wanted to update the exterior facade of its Lombard, IL store to better reflect their sophisticated line of furniture. They hired both an architect and KVG to transform the exterior. The project was completed in two phases over 10 weeks, allowing the store to remain open during construction. As their sales dramatically increased, they decided to renovate a second location.

The second renovation was similarly successful at the Hoffman Estates, IL locations with very minimal impact to store sales during this live remodel. Since this second project, KVG was awarded a design/build contract for a Ground-up Addition at the Greenfield, WI location.
