CVS Pharmacy - Hobart IN
KVG is under construction on a 13,225 sq ft ground-up structure on this former multiple residential properties site. The extensive site work included; a complex underground storm water detention system, a modification of existing DOT plan for turn lane with a signaled intersection, all of which showcases KVG’s pre-construction site services expertise

CVS Pharmacy - Kenosha WI
KVG recently completed construction on this 13,225 sq ft ground-up structure located on the NE corner of Hwy 31 & Hwy "S". The parcel is part the new Kenosha Pointe development which is just east of Hwy 94 and across from the Kenosha Airport with robust traffic counts. The latest Wal-Mart & Sam’s Club built are directly to its west. KVG did overcome the many winter and spring seasonal elements that presented compounded obstacles for another CVS Pharmacy 2011 on-schedule delivery.

KVG recently began renovation of the former Blockbuster end-cap suite for Mandel Group’s property management team. KVG’s scope includes updating utility infrastructure for several new restaurant tenants while gutting & delivering the LL’s work letter requirements. KVG competed for this work including pursuing the national tenant’s work as well. Providing valuable pre-construction estimating, extensive review of tenant’s LOI’s to mitigate the Landlord’s exposure to costs and managing their risk showcases our expertise!

KVG completed this project as general contractor for the complete gut and renovation of the existing 9,000 Sq Ft two-story building. KVG begun by advising our client on means & methods to complete this extensive renovation while maximizing utilization of space for the Café, Kitchen and 2nd Floor Office suites adding a new elevator too. KVG began working with Anna’s to design & deliver their prototypical floor plan while gutting several tenant spaces for ample space. This job demanded extensive coordination with Landlord and prospective national tenant to achieve both parties’ requirements. KVG guided the municipal approval process for the LL as a repeat client, showcasing KVG’s experience & expertise. KVG delivered this 8,300 Sq Ft space on-time AND on-budget for Anna’s April ’11 opening.

A local investor hired KVG to provide design build services to renovate this underutilized property. Adding a well known bike store as a single tenant user with excellent street retail presence and repositioning this dated structure for the good of their neighborhood… BRAVO to the investors!
