This contemporary restaurant & lounge featuring eclectic decor required KVG to provide extensive cost estimating to meet the owner´s vision and designer´s numerous renderings. The existing mixed use structure has 3 upper floors of converted apartments into condominiums leaving many penetrations into this space. The first floor was never tenanted by a restaurant prior thus adding a good challenge. KVG coordinated all aspects of this project and completed construction in just 12 weeks. This wonderful location is adjacent to the river walk with city & street views worth converting for a very successful operator.
