This dramatic transformation of a former four-lane bowling alley structure into a cozy, vibrant restaurant and cocktail bar was met with many challenges. Along with building an entirely new kitchen, we carefully completed faśade work that incorporates wood used in the original interior. Owner David Swanson boasts the first “Community Supported Kitchen” in Milwaukee, which promotes and supports local agriculture.
