KVG provided value engineering and design ideas for this façade renovation of the 1960´s designed strip center. All the existing stores remained open during construction and it was completed in just Three Months. In addition to providing all exterior construction services, KVG simultaneously delivered the complete interior spaces for a new anchor tenants. Just after this phase of completion the center was able to attract its Second National Retail Anchor.
